Refund & Return Policy

Our return period is within seven (7) days of the initial transaction. This grace period applies to watches purchased directly from Buy A Watch. Contact your Buy A Watch Client Advisor to request the return authorization process.

Refunds will be processed after a thorough inspection by one of our watch experts. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.

Since our pieces are vintage or pre-owned, please expect wear & patina from usage and age. Please read each item description and examine all product images carefully prior to purchase. Our high-resolution images should be considered part of the description.
